Standard programme

1 day — theory and practical

HSE practical route

Approximately 4 hours after HSELand theory

HSE staff who have completed the HSELand theory module should use the HSE route for the shorter practical programme.

Manual Handling Training

Practical training for employees who lift, lower, carry, push, pull or move loads at work. Choose onsite group training anywhere in Ireland or book an upcoming public half-day course at our Galway training centre.

Hoist Workshop

Practical, equipment-specific training for staff who use mobile or ceiling-track hoists. The workshop covers pre-use checks, sling selection, person-centred planning, communication and safe use of the hoists and slings in the workplace.
