scope to assessment.
The framework covers workplace and home DSE ergonomic assessments. Your procurement team should confirm eligibility and follow the framework’s ordering and cascade arrangements.
The appointment is held by Universal Safety Associates, trading as Usafety.

Confirm the route
Check your organisation’s eligibility and current ordering instructions in the OGP Buyer Zone. Lot 8 uses a cascade arrangement.

Scope your programme
Tell us the employee numbers, locations, onsite or remote mix and reporting requirements. We confirm the scope, price and available dates.

Activate the service
Complete the Notification to Activate Services Form (NASF) and any purchase-order requirements through your procurement team before delivery begins.

Arrange appointments and reporting
We coordinate onboarding, employee booking and assessment delivery, with documented findings and actions for follow-up.
What does an assessment include?
Employee consultation, workstation analysis, documented findings and practical actions. Onsite and assessor-led remote options are available.
