Applied Ergonomic Risk Assessment Tools

Practical training in the selection and use of recognised ergonomic assessment tools. Using healthcare-based tasks and case studies, participants apply the MAC tool to lifting, carrying and team handling, ART to repetitive upper-limb work and RAPP to pushing and pulling. Emphasis is placed on accurate observation and scoring, sound interpretation and turning findings into proportionate risk controls.
