Lisa is a Senior Ergonomist with more than 25 years of experience assessing workplace musculoskeletal risk across Irish healthcare, government, and large private employers. She is the appointed Specialist Healthcare Ergonomist to the Health Service Executive and leads Usafety's ergonomic and DSE service lines as Managing Director.
She founded Usafety with Conor Lyons in 1995 and has personally conducted ergonomic and DSE assessments since. Lisa delivers Stage 1 of every Usafety ergonomic assessment in person — the telephone or virtual consultation that shapes every onsite engagement that follows.
